Nuri Bilge Ceylan’s “Winter Sleep” enthralled the Cannes jury, the critics (who awarded it with FIPRESCI), and the audience. Thanks to the cooperation between Two Riversides and Film Point Group, the Polish audience will see the film on the 2nd of August, the opening day of the 8th edition of the Festival starts.

The same evening Kazimierz Dolny shall hold the premiere of Ken Loach’s newest film “Jimmy’s Hall.” The director takes us back to pre-war Ireland , this time showing it with certain lightheartedness and a subtle sense uf humour.
